A small deposit per guest secures the booking and applies to your final total on the day.

Party questions, answered
How many guests can you host?
We comfortably host 4 to 20 guests. Groups above 12 are best booked before opening or after closing so the whole party is seated together.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks is ideal, and four to six weeks for a Saturday or a bridal date. Smaller weekday groups can often be arranged with a few days' notice.
Can we bring food, cake or decorations?
Yes. Cake, cupcakes and light snacks are welcome, and we'll set up a table for them. Just let us know so we can prepare the space.
Is there parking for a big group?
We're at 293 Main St, Westlake, OH 44145, with free surface and garage parking around Crocker Park within a short walk of the door.
